2021 Estate Series Chardonnay
Our Yarra Valley vineyard is nestled at the foot of the Christmas Hills, allowing slow ripening of fruit on 40 year old clone P58 vines.
The Estate Chardonnay is a cuvee of Blocks C, D & E fermented and aged on lees in French Oak (37% new).
The wine exudes aromas of green apple, peach , Meyer lemon and tropical fruits. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, intermingled with clementine and nectarine flavours, spice and the tension of wet stone and sea salt.
