Our Yarra Valley vineyards is nestled at the foot of Christmas Hills, allowing for slow ripening of fruit from 40 year old vines.
The hand picked fruit was whole bunch pressed directly to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation and maturation on lees for 6 months with 2 months in stainless steel tank pre-bottling to build tension.
Pristine aromas of the sea side, guava and passionfruit with a hint of citrus. The palate mirrors the nose, complemented by textural elements derived from barrel fermentation, signature grassy and passionfruit flavours and wet stone elements
